What is eGolfDirect.com policy on privacy?
eGolfDirect.com is as follows: We reserve the right to share ONLY demographic information with our affiliates and advertising partners. We do have manufacturers and/or suppliers that assist us with fulfillment and shipping in certain categories, and in those cases those companies receive a name and shipping address so that they can process and ship orders properly. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service (1-866-252-1291) for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt of product. Customized product or product that has been abused may not be returned, exchanged, or canceled under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All products must be new and packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be valid and will be returned to the customer and be billed for the shipping. All returned products that are valid have a 10% re-stocking fee, no exceptions. All returned products must be in brand new condition. eGolfDirect.com will not accept return, exchange, or canceled orders where the product have been used, no exceptions.
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
If you should need to return an item contact eGolfDirect.com by phone or E-Mail and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEMO ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Please note that Custom Orders usually take 2-3 business weeks for us to receive from the manufacture. We are not responsible for delays due to the manufacture.
